i tested it with my buff knight lvl 85: Stats 528 dmg and 75% to 1010% crit dmg => 1.1k crit
(tested it with no crit rings, no neck only 1 shuta)

maybe it helps you? and change your lvl 71 weapon to a lvl 85 weapon

Knights have a bit of heroic dmg in their normal hits as all classes.. it's way more in the normal hits of Zerks though

why would that bug only work on one class?

Well especially for AL goes: You'll never tank epicly and never deal epic dmg if you have only average or bad gear. The top-goal is literally getting the best possible gear in order to get excellent results.. of course you need a little knowledge, the right level and skillbuild and you know how to play your char..
My advice to the topic starter: Continue leveling and once you saved up for better gear start improving it. You'll see better crit results and your other stats will increase, too.

Yes that 100-200 HH attack improves knight's damage. I don't deny but not this fact (bug??) causes that some knights are epic toons. TBH i don't see as many new knights like zerks, mages...

First of all, don't QQ, and don't call ppl trying to help you 'noobs' coz it isn't ultra-polite. You wanted us to help you - you got answers. Now, once again. If you wanna crit with your knight don't make a sword for ele dmg. It's one of lamest wepons i've ever seen. Get a sword with +25 dm and +5% crit, put attack not ele stones and rfine it +11 at least. And like some1 said before, don't check your crit on similliar lvl bosses, it's madness. Madness? Yes, madness, this is not Sparta! Check it on average lvl mobs, but NORMAL ones, out of bg. All I wanted to say. Welll, maybe not all, but I'll stop here.

For Low lvl's everthing's okey... but +3 lvl big lvl mobs have bug 4k dmg - 11 dmg differences is big.1k - 2k it's normal but only 11 dmg

Check dmg i char info. While previous test you had 470 now you had 430. Its obvious crit get lower. And don't you know about lvl difference? That it affects crit / skill dmg? Gosh, read all those advaices given you again and stop QQ

Lv 90 Mobs have high defense. Get high lvl pet, toton helmet, Lv80-90 HH gauntlets, maybe fearless and when you ignore the mob's defense you will see "normal" crit. Thats all.

What the hell don't you understand, huh? Mobs, especially bosses, in bg are NOT the same as on desert or somewhere. They are much stronger. More def, more attack. And sorry, with your 430 dmg you should be happy and thanks webzen for so high crit. Idk, maybe buy company owner some flowers or sth. And:

Wanna better crit? Read advices and just obey them.

******, stop posting ****** answer, and start to read a little. We are saying that those mobs in BG have extra defence.
And then, don't tell me that you know about that untill you give me the exact amount of defence those mob have, and how the defence work on your dmg output (all kind of dmg), concluding on how its normal that your crits are so low when they are reduced by defense.
Doing this, you would also understand why skill attack do more, because defence mecanic is the answer to all your interogations here.

Your problem is not a bug, its totaly normal...

Ready my and other's post and and then my signature and then you can start to 'fix' your knight. If you don't believe the smart and/or more experienced people you don't need to change game, you should sell your pc and stop any kind of games. There you will find new 'Bugs' too. Everyone could have 120 chars because Lv80 or Lv90 is not that hard to do (1-2 weeks...).
