C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Archlord_Logins\loginkonfig.xml

Start ALstarter2, rewrite your login details.
Maintenance your pc to avoid further crashes. After you start your accounts always quit easylogin.

Yes. But if the tool screams about errors, your file is damaged.
Easylogin has this serious malfunction: until this is open your account storage file is vulnerable. If any memory fail comes and you close Easylogin it will save the corrupt data.
If ACE would change the save mechanism it would be more secure.
