problem with archer cast

Yo, idk why but i have on my archer 128 cast (absolute gloves) and when i start casting is like 40 cast WTF and with another gloves (cf, etc) around 100-110 is a bit more faster ... so WTF is this with 128 cast i should cast all bar in 2 secs but i need 5/6 HAHAH epic

I have experienced this vs Boss in RvR while having over 180% cast speed and 95% cd but the solution is when you experience this problem while attacking the target just try to move char closer/move around the target every time. Trust me, you will be definitely fine. but i know they gotta fix this coz sometimes it is annoying in critical moments.

omg what a **** ... with 128 cast i should hit all my bar almost more faster than the recovery pot so i can kill enemy easy ... but i only cast 2/3 skills :|

EDIT: i tested pressing the W and casting the skills and yea is 128 cast ^^ but pfff u have to press the W or clicking with the mouse to keep running a bit so u can cast very fast so faking ****
