new skill rebalance

They postponed the rebalance! In my opinion its good! I think they know, that they do some faults.

yea I think so too. Atm only elfs (ele, swash) need the balance. Other races are good enough.

they didint give defense anywhere lolo, only to heavy tankers like zerk and knight
only good thing is archer hp and hunter hh dmg and hunter hp..

my feel about rebalance (quickly)

Archer rebalance is good. (WZ must fix pty for Archer's eye, it can't be pty buff, it's too much).
Knight rebalance: there is a pbm with goodlike... the CD must be longer.
Mage: i guess rebalance is good but pty heal 100% is too much i guess.

Zerk: too many HP or too many dmg
Sorc: halt sucess rate is too high, and WZ have to fix DOT
Hunter: i guess rebalance is good.

Swash: well... WZ must be give back the heal... it's minimum.
Ranger: QQ for pty buff and not target buff, but i guess rebalance is not so bad.
Elem: i dont really know elem but as i can see, elem sux now...

Sumonner: well, self buff a summoner is not so hard to kill, but with ranger buff... i dont play a melee class so i havn't crit... but if Swash/knight/zerk can kill scion, i'm ok. but i'm not sure.

Orbiter/slayer: no one played thos class, no one wil play thos class after rebalance... i guess WZ dont care... i dont know what those class need, but they need many rebalance...
