Question Skill cast party buff?

As we all know the ranger as a SKill cast PARTY buff call Angelic might and the Elementalist got one too name Battle cry . My questions there any other Class who can gave Skill cast PARTY buff ??? (yes i chek all drwx skill description and i can't find another-maybe some hide stats...) And not a HH skill too...

yes Spiral Vision from mage gives cast but just 2% per skill level and its the 2nd highest HH skill so u need a lot of time to get it if u dont have a level 108 mage or so^^
