Don't try to farm on lower lvls than u.

hi guys.

im not sure if it is accurate but i have been hitting rodom for a while now. and i get gold and exp. and accasionally a drop.

at this time i think it's save to say unique does not drop even if u still get xp.

U guys think the luck/drop factor is the same>? or becomes less when u higher then the mob.

so advice is not to try and farm on lower elitemobs cus they wont drop!

Am you are wrong then why i drop blodes in 1F ? and also droped Pargon Ring on Lariane 45lvl mob and i was 50lvl

what he said is a little bit true. best drop is when the mobs are within a range of 3 lv's (so if you are 30 => 27-33). the drop within a range of 6 lv's is between good and bad.
If you go less or higher , drop really sucks.

But for fast leveling, i would say, take mobs that are 6-11 lv's higher then you (if you're strong enough ).

My 96 was farming on the 90 BG mobs quite successfully today. No Lucky on either. Dropping Gold chests and all the rest.

Just saying that mobs 6 levels lower were dropping stuff nicely. If you mean uniques, thats another scene.

i dropped biglos as lvl 61 on robatoms, that was just before EP4 was officially launched.
if i remember correctly i made about 10 pulls, before it dropped.

nope, there is not something about luck. its a game, its al about code. i think that it counts the amount that the mob has been killed and after a certain amount he drops it.

ofc droprate and other elements has to do something with it too.

for example: on dubbel xp and drop event ,with lucky charm, lv 3 lucky stone and armpads:
I dropped with my lv 90 on lv 86 mobs everytime after +- 2,5% 3 reinf pots, over and over again. between the 2,5% i dropped zero reinf pots. just 1 on 2,3% and 2 on 2,5%. i did it like 30% and it was always on +- 2,5%.

is this luck?

...and as a point of interest, the very first unique I ever dropped in this game was just after they were released in CM, and it was off a normal mob in Orc land. Was a normal Wolf mob that dropped me my 'Necklace of Fortune' way back when. I did not have clue what it was till a guildie told me.

...and for my third post in the series

it seems to me, after many many many hours farming for whatever, that the very best drop rate for ANYTHING is gained by farming mobs 2 levels LOWER than you.
Of course you will get drops otherwise, but I am speaking of average drop rates.

I once dropped 3 Barom in 4 hours on a during a 150% drop rate increase period, using Super Lucky Charm/ drop rate in Realm armpads/Stone in boots. The toon was 2 levels above the Mob.
...on that same note, I also dropped 2 Biglos in 20 minutes on a toon that had no lucky things or event on at all. Seems when they are ready to drop, they are ready.
