green dmg stats are not included in blue stats so elites don't have more dmg

my 92 sword got +7 damage on green stats

in elites green dmg are included to blue stats, you can check it by comparing +1 dmg green bonus with +4 or +7 or any other dmg green bonus

in BS weapons green dmg counts only when char wear weapon like +12%HP stat in this weapons

screen from 92lv char


122+10+22=154dmg

stats still grow up on higher lv char
