Telz deleted his Sorc and sold off ALL his Event uniques, and he had a whole bunch of them too. He told me what he got for them but not who he sold them to.

Telz was the only player to legally force the Devs to change the game rules as far as CD and cast time.

nice neck, but atm, u dont need this neck & rings, u also can get 95 CD without this neck, so it sux a lil bit, cuz it´s low on crit, just +1 and 8% cd, also no ele dm.
but gl with selling it.

ofc its doable to reach it, but the ring and neck are tradable and useable for low levels. Nice things for twinks, buddies, chaotic frontier. And on my 112 Mage i always wear this ring

there were only a few options that you could choose and Ele dmg was not one of them.
