I WTS/T my ele lv70 on evengarda with Skirt of Quentin +11[2/2](phys res+ skill block lv3) for "sorc/mage" in Evengarda.
Ele can solo as many lv76 mobs as you can find together in ice (I normally farm on about 10) and has really good build/equips. PvP and PvE are both totally easy and I have only 16vp ^^

As you can see by my feedback in the black market I am not a scammer and can be trusted.
