Yes. Every asthals are Event Bound. :S
With stamping you can get 1 on your char but... Good luck anyway. PM me if you need asthals for wep or if you sacrifice scrolls

mate u cant trade asthals it dont work like normal Bound Item u cant trade it with Scrol so if u buy ashtal's from another player u must have Unbound item to put asthal in

Why should it to be impossible to transer bounded ashtals with sc to another char ?

The ashtals from prem boxes can be traded with a scroll, just dont stack them with event bount ashtals. Also the lvl 6 wings are for sale, I dont use wings, but I sold them today for 4 scrolls.

I have personaly sold ashtals that came from prem boxes, just need a scroll. The ones from events, and the BG machine cant be traded. But if you stack them, they all become bound.

And sorry to say that but some Ashtalls aren't bound (come from Platinum Chest a long time ago).
I've got 2 of them.
