Yes if you only want to buy the ele and nothing else, only is level 98. The problem is that anybody pay you the complet pj, you said me 370 euros xDDDD, 50 euros one karkaen xDDDDD, your armor caotic 70 euros xDDD. The most expensive in your char are the int orkeros but you can sell easy for money but 140 both xDDDD are a lot money. when dont exist level 120 i pay for you pj 120 euros but now no, sorry.

ähm my frend ... i say the ticket is 45 euro and the 2 slot int kark 50 euro is normal ..
and thats an perfect cheotic armor ... ( ok without the armpeds .. )
and the acc as one with the serazerans ect ect .. is not cheap !
dont udnerstand why the most ppl want the Heavenshell armor .. HH kilt is **** .. boots **** ..armor not realy good ... helmet and armpeds are very good but the rest .. mhm ..
