Do you mean a guide how to PLAY aion? Or how to GET IN?
If you're asking for a guide how to play aion... you won't find anything.
Just a few people played it (korean ob or something like that).
so you can try or you can wait until aion release in EU.

lol you should learn how to play a game by yourself.. you just can't really write down a tutorial for that because everybody has a different style of playing.. o_O
If you want some shortcuts or keys or stuff..just google. -_-

And please give some proper answers..not some fukcing "how to play tuto"

A tutorial would be nice. The basics atleast, such as attacking, since double clicking or right dc on a monster + 1-4 wont work, setting keys, etc. Forging armor, getting quests.

Question: I constantly teleport when I move, but sometimes I don't. Would this be lag? I have played other mmorpgs in Japan and China before, and played perfectly fine.

what do you mean 1-4 doesnt work? attack is is already on 1 after creating a char, click the mob click 1 and you char will hit it

Well for people completely new to the game a short FAQ or so would certainly be useful. About how you learn skills for example etc.
