I used 9Disciple 2 times and used 10000/10000 critical buff and now when I am opening launcher it says can't connect to an upgrade server. any1 can help?

Go to Step 5:


That should fix your problem.
Also, make sure you got .NET 3.5 framework (included in that topic too).

I tried that but now I cannot see servers list.
