You need to operate this server through your external ip address.this proves a problem which I found out.only 2 solutions.use himachi or get a dedicated server.

Opening a modem port wont help.the time lapse to enter through your router will fail.you need to use hamachi or dedicated server
Trust me if you are running a game server from home everyone will timeout

I will point and help you open a server add me on skype mardu30.will be nice to see new attempts to run a server.i will help you to get your server running.
