How i can make fast lvl and get good xp??
what build i should to use....

my build is : Str : 8 Ess : 35 Wis : 112 Con : 23 Dex : 11(is green relic)
PS: lvl OC9 Clan: HD

Kepp pumping up wisdom and add a point of ess every once in a while , or you could go for a 3 -1 3-wisdom 1-essence

oc9-around rc7 grind near at brutes , then go valley of death till rl 3 , at rl 3 go datong -> bears , rl11 go CC1 -> beggars , fd 1 take new skills and go train them and lvl up in hangzhou -> zombies , at gb 3 -> go mansion devas ( in nanchang) and farm some p@sses , gb6 back in hangzhou at devas , ec1 near black svs , the little bears , ec4 liaodong , then ec pq and in 2 days u r fc after fc u grind in same spotes as other roles .
PS: always try find full shared parties .

That's the main problem with vietnamese sv's , no english speakers or if they are they are scarse and speak more like engrish than english , so .... do whatever you like .
