Can anyone make a guide on how to register a Korean 9Dragons account?

I had it somewhere cant find it, but anyway, gonna need valid KSSN for it + mobile confirmation.

Well that kinda blows out the idea of using the KSSN Generator.. And I don't own a Korean mobile phone either

Could check the black market. Some viet guy was selling a KR account with an SF hybrid on it. But ofcourse the risks.
