PVE setup... but how?

Can somebody tell me how can i setup a PVE server if it's possible.

LOL u do what u want with the filles u just have to change the itens on the stores and drops and etc -.-
u can put itens for gold like upgrading itens and pvp 40 and gemstones

This isn't what i mean. (I'm not dumb so...)
If i want to do: Make a server where people can't fight on all of the maps.

yehh thats a good question, i dont know nothing about your server but u have the area conquest after it they cant fight for 5 min? extend that if u have it, add to other maps

Do you mean that the ppl can do fight in kether or markuth or bina or wherever?
I dont know what this have to do with PvE but is that what you mean?
If yes, you can change that in the TREGION.tcd

Just make you're PVE server and if someone went do PvP they can
