Dont see chat at my server

Hi guys!
I make 4story server, but i dont see a chat.
All see, me - no.
Who know how fix it?

The host of the server can't see the chat.
If you put TRelay off, you can see the chat.
But after a few seconds, it automatically turn on again.

U must only "Deactivat" TRelay then u see the Chat

Go to buy A littel or a big dedicated server (mp me I sell it 30€ per month (5 go RAM ...)
