I only added this cos soo many ppl kept asking how to do it :P
1) Open your startup.tcl file located in your scripts folder
2) Locate these set of lines:

set base_xp [expr {(5.0*($killer_level-1))+50.0}]
set xp $base_xp
3) Where it says "5,0*", change it to any number to change your Xp the higher it is the more xp you gain, the lower the less xp you gain. 10.0 would be similar to a doubeling the normal gained xp for example.
4) close and save then load your emu
Keep in mind that in different Emu's the line may vary slightly, if it does, just make sure the line is similar to it, so it has to say "starting XP", and nothing else like "Xp decrease", or "XP increase".
For UWC repacks this is how the XP line will look like:

set xpmod 2
In this case simply change the "2", to a different number. The higher the number the higher the xp you will get per kill (its a multiplier).
