WPE and AntiVirus

Hey guys

I got a problem :/

Well

When i dl WPE Pro and extrac it i cant use it cus it says some thing is missing (.dll)

Well i searched around and people say that antiviruse deletes it >.<

Well im using 2 anti viruses:

NOD32(cracked one)
Windows Defender

Well i can disable NOD32
But i dont know how to disable Windows Defender :/


Any vista users can tell me how to disable it ?? (WITHOUT UNINSTALLING IT)
