You can´t see a lot in this vid. Nut maybe its someting like spamming a macro that uses your water a lot of times till it works.

Like the exploit with the pet that debuffs you to clear all your negative effeckts.

im reading around that it has something to do with /sit /stand to bug out the game.. guess make a macro and spam it
