This is wrong, it was never advertised on several websites, and it is a legit account. The scammer backed off and left it but I don't want it anymore.

There is a passport picture on top of a newspaper picture in account info, but you might need to fake a citizen ID somehow. Lots of people provide this service on other forums. Xgamerx does for sure.
