First off, please talk in english, as I said in the first post (use google translate). Second, I just downloaded Manacore correctly from my first post, make sure you use the key correctly. And to finish, Manacore just got updated, with Booster so I'll upload them today.

Which .zip did you download? And well normally everyone can open .zip files, even on Macs I think, except if the file isn't well encrypted...

Not for the moment, I just saw the update for all the addons, so I'll edit the first post and this one when I'm finished uploading them

I suggest you get TradeSkillMaster and Auctionator to go with this. TSM has tons of guides on their website for helping you maximize profits with the addon. It would also be wise to get the TSM application to allow AuctionDB and WoWuction updates automatically so you never have to scan the AH again.

Also, this is the same version I have had for months, is there seriously no content updates? It looks like only a 5.2 compatibility update.

Yeah, it is a compatibility update, there were little updates before for edge and impulse, mostly booster, but tycoon didn't get any update since MOP... They said that they were working on a veerrrryyyy new interface, but ftm nothing else...
