Level 35 instant respawns
In your mid-high 30's you go to Desolace to quest and what not. One of the quest is Gelkis Alliance to raise your faction. There are a couple instant spawning centaurs that make easy grinding or faction lvl'n.
1. Go to 74, 67 in desolace
2. Kill Warug's Bodyguards. (There are two of them). As soon as 1 dies it instantly respawns.
That is all.

Hi guys. Stumbled upon this spot accidentally while questing today. Right after you kill the Bonescythe Ravager mobs that are stationed here, more will instantly respawn and either run toward you, or spawn right on top of you. For a class that can support this non-stop grinding, such as a blood DK for example, this would be some sick XP!
The mobs are standard 75-76 mobs, regular health bars, regular drops, regular 2k rested xp.

This isn't my original info I found it thought it might be able to help someone this isnt confirmed, and I dont think its a repost but here it is.
one of the most farmed areas of WoW is Kel'Theril in Winterspring. the suffering highbornes are renowned for their runecloth drops & assorted rare drops.

Outland Farming Spot - Instant Respawns

This farming spot is on level 67 Humanoid mobs. They are casters and do a decent amount of damage so if you have an ability that can heal you then you're set.
This spot is recommended to Shadow Priests and Warlocks because their DoT's can kill any mob without ever having to refresh(assuming you are are 900+dmg) Anyone with a healer can take advantage of this place though.
