E-Z Scam from RS :p

This easy scam came from Runescape a while back...

I used it alot to get to be one of the richest non-members who played Runescape.

All you have to do is get a scam partner, get a rare epic item that goes for a bunch of gold.. lets say Blade of Wizardry. You want to get your friend to hide out in an opposite town as you that has a trade channel.

Have your friend start trying to sell the Blade of Wizardry for some ungodly ammount for a couple of minutes.. Then come in yourself and start shouting you want to buy a Blade of Wizardry.

Hopefully some nub will go buy the blade from your friend for however much you want to sell to make a profit, and when he tries to sell it to you just refuse and tell him you dont need it anymore! xD

Yes, this is very similar to the scam where you put things on the AH with an alt, then say you want to buy them for extremely high prices with another character, and when they come to you with them you just refuse. This would probably work a little bit better, although it is harder then in runescape because everyone can see the tradechat and it would be hard to advertise WTS and WTB at the same time in this way without people getting suspicios.
