HyperElk is good for a general use. I think, as alway, that melees are better to use than ranges. Iam playgin mostly range classes and feeling that the cr is sometimes just to slow or cant react fast enough - idk .. maybe it depends on my settings aswell.
Iam looking forward for the new CR from Kyro, didnt see any showcase yet

Well, I wouldn't really get your hopes up for any pixel bot to be overly great with ranged classes unless some new public API options become available that they can exploit.
For ranged you're probably best to go with Unlocker.

I don't have any specific recommendations for unlockers, they're all as risky as one another. Just use whatever you can get the best rotations for. I have seen GHF was around again, I know they had pretty good rotations and I think they both support PVE and PVP, pretty sure daemonic unlocker supports it. I think they also support a couple of other options.

What bot do you recommend to do high level pvp and pve and have good API documentation to create your own routines?

For high level content, GGL is your best option, however it can be slightly expensive but it is undoubtedly the best to push "end game" content with.
HyperElk would probably be more friendly to create your own routines. GGL you need prior experience.

What would you recommend for TBCC PvP as a Warrior?
HyperElk seems a little awkward with no auto-bind and the rotation pause between ability usage seems really off. I'm sure I'm just doing something horribly wrong.
