Your only real risk is getting reported AFK by people in the AV who see you in the cave. To counter this I am using it while I am at my computer playing other games, and I set up a weak aura that plays a sound if my characters name is said in chat. If someone says "eddiemyles is afk" an alert noise plays and I can respond and move around.
