Tweek's changed the credits in the source & re-released it. (He stole it)

The UDP packet the server receives with type 0x1010 (You call it IP Packet)
It changes the LocalEndPoint of the client, why? When would that change?
Furthermore, some how a packet is built to respond, what does that do?
At first I thought it would be for ping, however I soon noticed that it isn't.
Nothing changes when I stop responding to this packet, which I think is weird.

Any suggestions?

I did not include my new UDP class because only me and 2-3 coders have the fully right one

Well, yes because OLD udp is made with *** of a dog ;* for it has mistakes and bug/crashes
