I've heard they're both bad but whats the best among the worst?

Careful. @ has a history of slow delivery (nothing is automated), no comms (doesn't respond to customer queries in timely manner, usually just ignores) and constant detections[/I][/I]

constant detections, didnt they lasted once for 1 year before getting ban waved ?
