I don't recommend posting your email address openly here.
However, I just checked your order. You paid today and received the email with your download and key (you downloaded our product 3 times according to our logs). There is also a Discord server invite in your purchase email clearly stating to join that Discord if you have questions/issues. I suggest you join that server and read our #valorant-instructions

EDIT: Simply join the Discord server and follow the steps from #valorant-instructions
Will be working fine for you after that as it does for all our customers.

EDIT2: He joined our Discord server and got his fix. He is happy now ;-)

find products like skyrant who do private builds (what I use), which is much safer than public builds

Do you think that a pixel bot / triggerbot like skyrant is enough to reach immortal/radiant rank and play tournaments at pro lvl ?

Absolutely. Im almost at immortal with skyrant atm
But yea triggerbots are always much safer than aimbots cause aimbots are so easily detected

Ive tried like 3 aimbots, all screwed me hard, sold and rebought a new laptop like 3 times over
