yeah theres a bunch of chams cheats everywhere, i dont know the exact details about why its always the same looking chams although ive heard the name bwh a lot.

It’s not BWH, he’s modifying a game function (SetAresOutlineMode) to accomplish chams. However I am not vouching for the product since I have not tried it, just letting you know that this is not accomplished with pak file editing.
