Tried to purchase and owner refused to elaborate on the "Hardware Device (Average device price 10-15€)" Also charging 250 Euro not 150. Not sure if this person is just a middle man or what but they do not know what theyre doing.

you never replied with a link to the AI. I didn't even know it was an option, I read the Pixel Listing only and you still refuse to elaborate on the section referring to "Hardware Device" required. Why are you refusing to tell people what that is
