Do you guys still support the buyer, I asked you to help me with the game problem, but you guys have absolutely no opinion... after selling and then leaving the customer.. ?

I created a new ticket more than 24 hours ago and no one cares about my ticket. cheat was detected and I was banned by VAC.. now I ask for a solution, you guys ignore it.. so sad..!

What should I do? The first time I ran it it was okay and worked, this is the second day I haven't been able to run

I recieved the wrong key and they sent a new one
But I got banned when loading steam up again and reported it to the chat server but got banned

This is not true. We had no reports of bans on our product.
