The thing bout the Proxy is correct, but i think people who really know bout the game and wanna play it, know about the P2P dungeon system and know they need a proxy to play. Nothing to do with scam in my opinion

your right but i was just thinking as someone who's never heard about the ip block its important to put that in there.
