About me
I have over 7 years of experience in the fitness world. I started my training when I was in school and now I am in my Senior year at University.
When I first started going to the gym I had no idea what I was doing there I thought the whole point was to train biceps all day. I met a lot of different people who gave me different advices and tips on how to improve, they gave me knowledge. I was so motivated to learn more and more about this new "world" I discovered I started reading articles and watching videos of other bodybuilders who were explaining the things I didn't yet understand.
After my first year of training I realized everything I did, all the hard work, sweat and hours spent reading about new ways of training were all paid off – I had gained about 10 kg of muscle.
I never stopped wanting to achieve more, I wanted to get bigger and stronger. I was more motivated than ever, so I kept doing the same thing, I kept reading and discussing information with people until I finally realized I actually had everything I needed to never stop improving my body.
People soon started acknowledging my methods and came up to me with questions on how to improve themselves. At first It felt strange, because back then I was the one with all the questions and need for help, but after a while I got used to it, because people kept asking me for advices. I liked helping people achieving their goals and I did it for 4 years, I made fitness programs, diets, gave advices about the execution of different exercises and on how not to injure themselves etc…
So I figured out I can actually earn some cash while doing the same thing and I started doing fitness plans
I can help you reach your goals and surpass them. The only thing you need to do is be consistent, motivated and patient. It’s all about the mindset in the end.

First off not everyone even knows what macros are. Secondly my clients will learn how to do their workouts in the gym after we've finished the whole conversation. When I started there was no one to help me and I had to learn on my own. If I can learn how to train, so can others.
Maybe there are people who do diet plans for free, but they get paid for other things in the mean time as well, so your point is invalid.
Next time please don't use google translate, cause it really is weird trying to understand what exactly you're implying with your comment.
If you think my service is "pointless" you can ask some of the people I've coached. Also if you think this service should be free of charge and you're so competent yourself, maybe you should do this yourself or at least tell everyone who can do this for free for them.

I am capable of doing that, yes. Gym workouts, street fitness workouts and home workouts. I have to say the home workouts are cheaper since it doesn't take me so much time to put it all together.

I know this guy, he is from my country. I trusted him to make me a diet and a workout schedule for a month, because I wanted to lose some weight as fast as I possibly could. I told him I would be pretty satisfied if I could go from 120 kg to 100 kg and in about a month and a half later I was exactly 98 kg.
So I highly recommend him for anyone who needs these kind of services! +1

Ich gehe ins Gymm ein paar mal die Woche, esse das eine oder andere.
Ich wollte mein Essensverhalten verbessern, da ich merkte, dass Trainieren gehen und dann bei BK bestellen nicht gut funktionieren kann.
Der Junge hat das eine oder andere an Informationen von mir bekommen, damit er mich und meine Lage besser einschätzen kann. Kurz darauf hat er mir ein Essensplan erstellt, was für mich machbar ist. Mir gefällt es wie es aussieht und hoffe, dass das Ergebnisse liefert.
Kommunikation, Bezahlung, etc. waren 1A.
So I wanted to create a good balance between going to Gym and eating - more or less healthy, since my meals weren't the best, if I wanted to see some results.
This guy got some info from me, so that he can work with and create a personalized plan for me. After some hours he gave me my plan. I personally like the result, since it is easy for me to stick to.
Communication, payment, etc were easy.
