I have went first sending 190,00 USD and after that he didn't made the Western that we got agree.

He said that there is a problem with he's paypal saying pending ballance, and that he can't refund the payment.

Right now I'm on a dispute with him on PayPal waiting to get my money back, if that is going to happen cause i've send him as a familly(no fees he said).

He's not even answering anymore to my messages.
