One is PLATINUM5, 3 seasons old account with quite a bit of skins + 20 rune pages bundle and all the runes you need. It has almost all champs (less than 10 missing) too.
Second account is almost level 18 with 9300 RP on it. Meaning you can level it fast to 20 and gift all the skins you want to main account. (its more than 50e worth of unspent riot points so be aware of that)
