I have two characters that are both max rank 215 on the same account one being criminal, and one being enforcer. Both of these characters are widely known in the APB Community and many people do not know these two characters are associated with each other. So they are very famous characters and good luck to the next person that has them. anyways I will list what both characters have, but not everything. This is a chance for someone to have the experience of being max rank on either Criminal or Enforcer if they have never before or do not have the time to get there themselves.
