does it do auto farm? as in walk around killing mobs and such, I want to farm open dungeons or certain areas for ingredients. I don't want to have to move it, basically set it and leave the PC for few hours.

Yes, you can record waymarks to run to, and Speeder can auto-target/kill nearby mobs. The process would look like
Run to waymark -> activate combat script -> run to next waymark -> activate combat script -> etc.
There is a basic combat script to target nearby mobs and cycle through hotbar abilities that comes with the program.

oh that is awesome, one last thing, I changed my entire skill keys so it is not the default 1-9, I can still use my set instead of the default one right? I don't want to reset my hotkeys

Yes, you would need to change the keys in the default script to match your layout, but they can be changed to anything. Speeder uses virtual key codes to represent keys, which you can find here: https://speedercheats.vip/virtual-key-codes/

Setup takes about 15-30 minutes. The provided scripts do not crash unless you have mangled them yourself. I am unfortunately unable to fix retardation, but I suggest seeking help elsewhere as it is not my specialty.

As you can see yourself on Discord, there are hundreds of people using the program without issue.

Is there any way to automate entering or leaving a dungeon instance? For example to farm polished crystals I need to reset Tyrant's Isle first miniboss over and over.

Speeder can record waymarks, move the mouse, press keys, etc., so it is no problem to automate moving from one area to another, as long as you are willing to script it. I am happy to help, of course.
