I use another product and it's a hard van. If I buy this product, will the hard van be released with the built-in spoofer and can I cheat?

took me 2 minutes to find out if it does, and they say they dont officially support it but it may work and one of the devs uses it and says it works for the games hes tested it on

Sometimes I've seen people not needing to reinstall. Its just usually the safest to do it. Most of the time the cleaner + spoofer works.
