I've been ghosting epvp since 6 years before joining 3 years ago and there is only ONE thing I want to change, and here is my first post on this section regarding that:
The TBM Rating Support
First of all, I would like to thank the staff for being really quick on solving the case even for some hard ones. Especially Luke that has a clear view and take the case as they are happening on a Real Tribunal/Juridiction and solve them by just pointing 2 simple things:
- What was the deal & Did it happen ?
- If it didnt goes well, who's fault is on ?
But the problem after that. Is that it doesnt punish, it just keep giving second chance, third chance, ... as many as infinite.
People scamming or intentionnally not respecting the trade made by the 2 persons, just go away and continue trading on the forum as nothing happened. Just a little -1

Now here is what I suggest:

Creating a "Scam Report" section visible ton everyone
Making an offial guide on the section like: "How to file a Scam Report" this will make it easier to handle for the staff.
→ Now what will happens with the scam report?
If the person scammed have enough proof (even if not), a moderator/admin will allow to the trade partner/the accused 24h/48h to answer and give a valid statment by tagging the "scammer". When the scammer is tagged by a moderator/admin he will RECIEVE A MAIL (so there is not a single chance for him to not be aware of his scam acusation. If he doesnt answer or doesnt refund the person scammed, he will be INSTANTLY BANNED, there is not a single minute extra to let him continue trading on the forum because the scamed person leaving a negative Rating IS NOT ENOUGH. This should be sever, clear, and fast. No second chance.
This will also allow new users on the forum not getting abused by old member by not using the Request A Trade system.
This will rework the support regarding scamming. And will affraid any other person who will try to scam.
Now you will reply to me:
All is planned dont worry.
The scammer will have to pay a X€ fee extra to the user scammed if he doesnt want to be banned. This fee will be given to epvp donation section (cf. [2])by the user that have been helped, as a "thank" or "handling fee of the scam report". (I was thinking as something about 1 or 2€)
This will cover the time spent helping the person. This avoid forcing someone paying a whole year of Premium or Other badge just to get help for ONE case

Donation section
This is a simple section that will allow people like me who wants to support Elitepvpers
for a custom amount and not being "forced" to give specific amount to get badge or other stuff unwanted.
This section will also be used to pay "handling case fees" such as the Scam Report section or Ban Appeal section (cf. [3])

Ban appeal section
Again a simple section, but this will allow people banned that couldnt give a statement about their scam accusation or someone who has missunderstood the forum rules (such as multi accounting etc...) Each case will be handled after paying a fee (1€ or 2€). Again, this "fee" is really symbolic since it clearly doesnt cover the time spent, but helping the forum living.
