How to read media pk2 textdata?

trying to read/extract (not edit) Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata on a pserver. i have the right key, and have tried various extractors

some .txt files are readable without problems, but others such as characterdata and itemdata come out in hex or junk. example:





anyone know how i can read these? using hxd on the hex file doen't yield anything helpful.

Try this pktool
incase the outputs are same then they are encrypted files by the server owner

those are encrypted files so you must have the decrypt key to open them ..
