[Solved] The problem of the Constantinople Fortress symbol

When I move the mouse cursor to position 1 of 3 icons.

My game crashed.
I edited worldmap_localinfo.txt and I forgot what I edited in it :P
Because before I edited it, it had no errors.
After fixing it, it crashed my game.
Instead of turning it off, is there any way to solve it when it's turned on?
