SRO Guild EMblem white

Hello epvpers. I'm struggling to fix my guild emblem. It's shows only white. Don't worry I search and try all the procedures and tutorials I found on the internet and follow the guide carefully before I post this, but still its white.

I know some of you know how to fix it. Can You guide me please. Team viewer or any desk would help me guys.
