What am I missing?

I download a database and client, claimed to be bugless, it just gives me many kinds of errors.

I load databases normally, configure wwroot, odbc, client version, and game is always buggy. sometimes skills dont open, sometimes I dc using basic items etc.

I take out data from client and put it in server folder. Do I need to change anything in SMC? Does gamerefdata need to be updated the same way? Like extracting it from client mediapk and putting it there?

Do you guys have a 130 level 14d client/serverfiles/db pack without custom edits?

My recommondation: start with unedited 110 cap files till you have everything working properly. Then create backups of your stuff (complete HDD image or so). Afterwards try to add stuff for D12 and later on.
