You need to instal latest patch only Noneed to instal all those

Nope, you need all ... You will get some errors or some other things if you don't install all the patches.

When I start launcher, game starts, stays minimized but nothing happens! What do?

You have to bring up the client window and then keep clicking the login boxes as you type your username and password, annoying I know but currently the ZSZC loader is buggy.

The loader is saying Division 1 2 3 4 instead of a server.. its in my pvt server folder with the exe sro_client etc

i have a error with this private server.. i can start the game?? He said somebody else use it or i dont have a pack. but i have downloade en patch everything
