actually im not sure what is that ... maybe you r running on a low ram ...

are Mysql essentials and connector installed ?

your char name is [GM]name or just name ?

and your keyboard must be american you can adjust it from control panel .

then in the Game Press Shift + ~

you will find the box on the upper left ...

Be Sure that your original language is american (Keyboard language).
