Load information from npcpos.txt and spawn at start of game. Then make a distance respawn function.

In navicat,in characters table change GM from 0 to 1.

And you need to search hotkeys to open up console by yourself,cuz every1 got different ones OO

For me it's still Shift + ` + 1
