Tried deleting everything except US language in your keyboard settings?

There was a guy who did this and it helped him to find right hotkeys to open up the console.

Make sure you're GM.

Hello all,I did all correct but i still got a error when i will launch loader:
SRLOADER
Unable to find section

Added the new database system.the servers save the database queries in the tmp...Server.txt files. If you close your server and start it again the queries will be executed.If you start the e.g. GameServer and change sth on the database it wont affect the GameServer. Close the GameServer change the database and then the it will be accepted.
Bugfixes:
-Added the shield when creating europe warlock/cleric
-Fixed the bug when equipping a shield with a europe character
-Fixed the bug when euipping a weapon while a shield is equipped
-Fixed the bug when selecting a monster(the no hp bug)
-Added a errohandler if the data\\ folder isnt extracted
-Updated the data\\ folder for isro 1.236
-Updated the emulator.sql file(you gotta update it, if not the GameServer will crash)

i always get same error... mysql settgings are OK no pass and ect... Mysql version: 5.0... ALL IN ENGLISH (UNITED STATES) have framework 2.0 and 3.0 SP1...
