Keviin_Owner: epic win for what. You could decompile the .exes and attempt to convert it to c# so there is no point and keeping it closed source =P

Also lawsuit for not releasing the modified changes I made to this software???? Nothing under that license requires me to release anything. I could go like other emu developers and just try to make it on my own... So don't go threatening anyone about a lawsuit unless you are planning to file a suit against them. I'm not trying to make enemies with this statement but I am also trying to understand the license. To my knowledge if I decide to release what I have I am obligated to release my source code with it. I will not release any future modifications until I fully understand the license which ill find out that by monday. I am currently studying to be a computer science major so I found this project to be a great project to get experience.

Source is going to be released lol. I am hoping that this will be a project that others can help work on. Right now I have no way of retrieving the original spawn locations. I would appreciate if someone who has drafted spawn locations would share them but if not maybe people could help add spawn locations. I was hoping that I could keep this team private that way everyone would not be asking me for updates or spamming my skype with help. Seeing how that is something that can no longer be undone I am deciding to release what I have. Read the autospawnhowto.txt to understand how to add locations. Send me pms of any questions only relating to autospawn please.

NOTE AUTOSPAWN IS NOT IMPLEMENTED(for those who don't like to read)


Also don't spam the forums asking for help on how to get this to work. Functions may not work under certain conditions all of this can be found in autospawnhowto.txt

Also I am looking for a packet sniffer or someone who has experience in writing packets.

Update: one important note. If you add the spawn locations but close the server before executing the command that dumps the locations all of your work will be lost .

I like your release here mate. I talked to you yesterday on skype but erm, your release, has my server's IP in it. Could you possibly change it back?
(I mean, its handy for me, I dont have to change source xDD)

um, i'm getting this error when i'm trying to run sro from launcher

when i try run sro from loadersremu it says me execute silkroad.exe , any solutions?

Ive been trying it, once I go ( as in example ) .mobSpawn 1946 50 15
The console tells me: The number of mobs specified for autospawn is greater than the total monster supported

People not that the release up here has the WRONG ip in it, please modify the source!!!!

Yea because my server's IP is in it. You have to open both and make the serversocket 127.0.0.1

Also I will check on that problem about monsterspawn is greater than monsters total. Oh SunnyBow you have the source so maybe it saved a different copy. Ill check that as soon as I can and reupload a fixed version.

Windrius: What is wrong with the autospawn is that I don't have the xyz positions of where the monsters spawn in isro. To my knowledge there is no way of retrieving them so I am asking for people to place these points around the map.

xVaidasxxx: Your problem now is that you need to change in the server table Remote's or whatever you named your servers status to 1. Then save your servers table and reset gameserver and loginserver.

npcpos.txt contains everything. But most people don't understand the meaning of it.
It's not for one monster. It's for a group of monsters.
I just simple random x and y from 1 to 10 and spawn 4 monsters for 1 group And it looks just like isro/rsro/ksro etc.
